I can't believe a year ago Joe and I were blessed with a beautiful, wonderful boy. I know its been a few months since I have posted and Elijah has grown. We will be going to the doctors for his checkup this week but so far he is right on track. I expect him to be walling very soon (which is very scary).
We were so excited that we were able to celebrate his birthday last weekend with friends and family like grandpas and grandmas; aunt and uncles, oh and of course his cute as can be cousin Miles. It is the first time we were able to all get together since Uncle Timothy was home. It truly was a blessing.
For some other news our family has been through a lot these past few months but thankfully God has gotten us through. Joe was in the process of switching over to a new company called Iron Mountain and a new position. He is finally beginning to settle in. This position is a blessing to us because we were not sure if he was going to even have a position. God works in mysterious ways. This position will allow Joe to grow and be a great example of a Christian. I am so proud of my husband he is a great daddy, leader and follower of Christ.
Well, that is all for now we truly love and miss all of you. We hope to see you all soon:)

Elijah is 10 Month's
Hi Everyone,
It has been a while. I have been meaning to blog, but time has sure flown by. Elijah is 10 months old now and he has sure grown. Its hard to believe that he will be a year old in a few months. It seems that getting into everything is his mission now. He is now even begin to walk with furniture and push toys. Everyday he is learning something new. This past month we have been working with a schedule that enhances his learning. He has adapted to it very well.
As a family we are enjoying spring time with planting flowers and vegetables. Just seeing everything beginning to sprout and showing progress is such a wonderful sight to see.
We were able to spend Easter in Columbia as a family and also with Joe's dad and step-mom. It was really nice. Although we did miss being with other family members we were able to go to sunrise service and I made a big Easter dinner. It was a busy day but an enjoyable day.
Over all we are doing great and enjoying everything God is placing in our lives. We sure miss family and friends and we hope to see everyone in the near future.

Elijah's is Growing
Hi Everyone,
I have been meaning to post but its been a little crazy. Christmas has come and gone now so we enjoying the rest of the winter, well I am not really sure if it is winter down her because of how warm its been. Elijah is growing like a weed. He is still an itty bitty baby compared to others but the doctor says he is perfectly healthy. He is about 16lb now and about 26in. He is sitting up completely by himself and he is just about ready to crawl, we know it wont be long now. He is loving solid foods with a continuation of nursing. With him becoming mobile we are baby proofing the house for safety because he is getting into everything. He is also teething so he is a little fussier than normal but he continues to be a happy baby. Joe and I are doing great. I am loving being home with Elijah but I am looking for work and Joe is so happy at his Job. We considered ourselves to be so blessed in every way. We of course miss and love everyone.
P.S. Dont forget to check out the pictures at 6 and 7 months old!
